Q: How long will it take for the website to be designed?A: The timescale of a website design project is often dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.Q: How much will a website cost me?A: The cost of a web site varies depending on the site and complexity. If you go to our contact page, we will be pleaseed the discuss with your website design requirements and give you a fixed quotation. Q: Why doesn't Luxurious Web Design post prices?A: Creativity is not a tangible product, rather an extraordinary gift. The design process isn't a pre-defined series of events and timelines, rather a collaborative series of calculated and creative steps based on the client's specific needs and objectives. Q: Will everyone see my site the same?A: Your website visitors will see some things differently depending on their browser, screen resolution setting and their individual computer settings and toolbars. We design sites with that in mind and preview them in several browser types and resolution settings before publishing. Obviously as technology alters then eventually all websites may need reevaluation.Q: Will you maintain my website?A: If requested, Luxurious Web Design can offer you a maintenance package. (These packages are all different because they are dependent on what needs to be updated, how often, and the turn around time.) If you choose to maintain your website yourself we do provide instructions custom to your website on how to edit and/or add content yourself. There is a Content Management System on many platforms that allows you to access your administration areas from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection and make updates instantly as frequently as you wish. Some businesses, will not need to have their site maintained, but will want periodic upgrades, to change the appearance and/or add content every few months and/or yearly. (Periodic Upgrade pricing is based on the tasks needing to be fulfilled)Q: What if I do not like the Design?A: If you do not like the design which we have suggested for you, we will discuss further with a view to ascertaining what type of design you would like to see and then place another "suggested design" in your web area for you to view. We would not like to think that you are not happy with the final website design. Our aim is to design for you a website specific to your requirements which you are completely happy with. Q: What do I receive when I order a template?A: You receive a receipt from your template purchase and within 24 hours we will send you an email with link(s) to download .zip(s) and/or passwords affiliated with your website. (This will go to the email you used to make the purchase of your template) .Q: Do you provide Macromedia Dreamweaver .DWT files, Adobe GoLive .SITE files and Frontpage Extensions?A: No. We provide you only plain HTML files.Q: What software do I need to work with your products? A: In order to work with an HTML/XHTML templates you'll need a html editor such as Dreamweaver, Frontpage, Homesite, 1st Page, etc. To modify the graphics, you'll need Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or software that has the ability to open PSD files. Flash products can be edited using Macromedia Flash MX and Wix Flash Websites using Wix.comQ: What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates? A: You may: * Build a website using the template in any way you like.You may not: * Resell or redistribute templates (like we do). * Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals. * Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design)Q: Is account sharing allowed? A: No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.Q: Is it possible to use your templates to develop websites for my customers? A: Yes. It is perfect for designers who want to offer their customers a high-quality design and also save time and money. Mind that when you purchase the template with ordinary licence you're entitled to create only one project (one domain name).

If you know exactly what you want from Luxurious Web Design, than please send us an email so we can discuss the project in further detail. If you do not know what you want and/or simply have questions than our professional staff will work with you to ensure that you are navigated towards the right direction
Q: I hear there may be hidden costs with web desisgn services, Is this true?
A: No. We discuss with you your website requirements and then price accordingly and once you have placed an order for your website design with us, that price is strictly adhered to.
